When we considered embarking on a home addition we were so nervous and concerned about making the right choices. It was very overwhelming for us! We met with several contractors over a few months and then we met John and Stef. After only two meetings we were positive that we wanted CD3 to be our partner for this project.

From beginning to end it was a positive experience. We had minimal issues and every concern was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. There wasn’t anything that John and Stef didn’t think of and they offered many great ideas, most of them of which, we took. My wife Tracy and I had been living in our new home for just over three years when we decided to start making a few changes to the interior. The first thing on the list was a back-splash in our kitchen. After spending some time deciding on the colour and type of tile that we liked, I began looking closer at our kitchen layout and concluded that this was a job better left to a professional! We had John Dias from Coleman-Dias3 Construction Inc. do some tile around the fireplace in our previous home and were quite pleased with the results, so decided to give them a call. My first consultation with Stefanie was informative and it put my mind at rest. Stefanie proved to be knowledgeable and made several suggestions about how we should proceed – I knew we had made the right decision to give them a call. Stefanie gave me a date when John would be able to get started and what to expect once he began. Although it was not a large project, it was nice to know ahead of time how it would all take shape. John arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. His attention to detail and quality of workmanship resulted in a tiled back-splash that we are both very happy with – a job well done!
