We believe that building and maintaining a great relationship with our clients, sub-trades, suppliers and industry colleagues is vital to a successful not only in each construction project but also in the long-term health of our business.
We are proud to be a Renomark® renovator and are active members of the St. Thomas & Elgin Home Builders’ Association, The Ontario Home Builders’ Association, the Canadian Home Builders’ Association and the St. Thomas & District Chamber of Commerce.
Stefanie presently serves on the Board as Vice President of the St. Thomas & Elgin Home Builders’ Association. She also serves on the STIR Leadership Team that is a group of local business leaders in St. Thomas working collaboratively toward the common goal of a stronger St. Thomas.
John and Stefanie are Certified Energy Advisors with the EcoEnergy program (through Buywise Inspection Services).
Stefanie has also retained the following certifications in the residential construction industry:
Certified Energy Advisor – Energy Star for New Homes (through Mindscape Innovations)
Level 1 Thermographer – Snell
BCIN certified – Part 9 House – Ontario Building Code 2006
RASDT certified – HRAI
We work with a group of sub-trades who are established professionals in their field. We have developed relationships with these individuals and collaboratively work with them to achieve the desired outcome planned for each renovation. We believe for a company to be truly well rounded, the experience is not solely based on when things go well, but also on how issues are resolved when there is a hiccup. We have selected our sub-trades with equal weight on their workmanship and how they handle problem resolution during construction and in the post construction warranty phase.
In 2011 we have the great privilege of participating in a Humanitarian Build. More information will be posted on our Blog in the coming months.
